How to participate in a remote help session?
You must first contact technical support to let them know about your request.
1. Once contact is made with a technical support agent, they will provide you with a session ID via email or verbally.
2. Also on the technical support page, enter the login you received in the section provided for this purpose.
3. The technical support agent is now connected to your computer and ready to assist you.
