Newsletter: When subscribing to our newsletter mailing list, the Site collects your email address and your first name/last name or alias (which is then used to personalize the mailing). See the “Communication” section for more details.
Support/question/comment: When you send a question/ comment and/or request assistance by email, a contact form or instant chat, the site stores your email address, your name or pseudonym that you indicate and your address IP and your location.
Your comments may be used for marketing purposes on the voxlog.net website, on the company’s social media or any other marketing material.
Forms: The Site offers several data collection forms to provide specific information content such as white papers, resources that may be of interest to the visitor, improvements or updates to its Services, tutorials, webinars and newsletters. This data is the name, first name, email, company and number of employees. Our data is also used for statistical purposes and to create a management file of our company’s prospects and customers.
In addition, the explicit consent of the processing of a visitor’s personal data is systematically requested in the forms for one or more of the purposes specified above.
Social Networks: Some technologies help you communicate with the social networks to which you are connected during your use of the Services, such as buttons or social networking modules to share content in the social network with other users of those networks. Automated Information: Voxlog automatically receives and records, from your browser or mobile device when you use the Services, information such as your IP address or your device’s unique identifier, cookies and page data you consult, to enable us to manage and provide the Services. We may combine this information collected from your browser or mobile device with other information that we or our partners collect about you from all devices. This information is used to prevent fraud and maintain the security of the Services, to analyze and understand how the Services work for members and visitors, and to provide advertising on various devices and more personalized experience to members and visitors.

You can also choose to activate apps to access the camera on your mobile device to upload photos to Voxlog.
When you fill out a form or are a Voxlog customer, you will automatically receive newsletters from Voxlog in order to keep you informed of updates, product news, promotions or any other relevant information related to Voxlog only. However, you will be able to unsubscribe from these communications via an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
Performance and Data Analysis
The data generated by the cookies regarding your use (including your IP address) will be automatically transmitted and stored by Google on servers located in the United States and will be used notably to measure the number of visitors on the site and to identify system performances and server problems.
By using this site, you expressly agree to the processing of your personal data by Google in the conditions and for the ends mentioned above. If you no longer expect Voxlog to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may close your account. Comnet Technology will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we need to retain your information to comply with tax/income laws), resolve disputes, enforce our commitments, and as otherwise described in this policy.
Withdrawal of Consent
If you have given your consent to the gathering of your information and your use of the Services, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. For example, you may withdraw your consent to email marketing by using the link within the email to unsubscribe from such communications. You may choose to withdraw your consent to the collection of your information and your use of the Services by closing your account by sending an email to requesting that your personal information be deleted, except for information that we are required to retain.
