Use of Personal Data

The use of “cookies” is intended to improve the performance of this site, the quality of our services, adapt our features and offer you advertisements tailored to your interests through tools such as Facebook or Google Ads. We also collect this information for internal statistical purposes to develop, adapt and improve our products/services.

Support/question/comment: When you send a question/ comment and/or request assistance by email, a contact form or instant chat, the site stores your email address, your name or pseudonym that you indicate and your address IP and your location.

Your comments may be used for marketing purposes on the voxlog.net website, on the company’s social media or any other marketing material.

Forms: The Site offers several data collection forms to provide specific information content such as white papers, resources that may be of interest to the visitor, improvements or updates to its Services, tutorials, webinars and newsletters. This data is the name, first name, email, company and number of employees. Our data is also used for statistical purposes and to create a management file of our company’s prospects and customers.

Comnet Technology will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we need to retain your information to comply with tax/income laws), resolve disputes, enforce our commitments, and as otherwise described in this policy.

 

Withdrawal of Consent

If you have given your consent to the gathering of your information and your use of the Services, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.
